Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or our services.

Equipment Rental Agreement

When you reserve equipment through our website, you enter into a rental agreement with vine-seal. You agree to:

• Use equipment only for its intended purpose
• Return all items in the same condition as received, accounting for normal wear
• Report any damage or malfunction immediately
• Pay applicable rental fees and any damage charges

Reservations and Cancellations

Reservations are confirmed once you receive email confirmation from vine-seal. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the pickup date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to cancel reservations if equipment becomes unavailable due to damage or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

Equipment Condition and Inspection

All equipment is inspected before and after each rental period. You are responsible for inspecting items at pickup and reporting any pre-existing damage at that time.

Damage beyond normal wear will be assessed and charged based on repair or replacement costs. We provide detailed condition reports to ensure transparency.

Liability and Risk

Outdoor activities carry inherent risks. By renting equipment from vine-seal, you acknowledge that:

• You are physically capable of using the equipment safely
• You understand the risks associated with your planned activities
• vine-seal is not responsible for injuries or losses resulting from equipment use
• Proper training and experience are your responsibility

Equipment Care and Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Sublease or lend rented equipment to others
• Use equipment in a negligent or reckless manner
• Modify or alter equipment in any way
• Use equipment beyond its rated specifications

Late Returns

Equipment must be returned by the agreed-upon date and time. Late returns incur additional daily charges at the standard rental rate. Returns delayed by more than 24 hours without prior arrangement may be reported as stolen property.

Deposits and Payment

A security deposit may be required for certain high-value equipment packages. Deposits are refunded within seven business days after equipment is returned and inspected, minus any applicable damage charges.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and design elements, is the property of vine-seal and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Website Availability

We strive to maintain continuous website availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the website without notice.

Limitation of Liability

vine-seal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from equipment rental or website use. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific rental in question.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
